The city’s famous Keshavbaugh party plot has been sold for a whopping Rs 2.95 lakh per sq yard. Sources said the land which is around 7,400 sq yards and is on the main road beside the BRTS corridor was sold for Rs 219 crore. A swanky commercial complex will come up at the two-decade-old plot situated near Mansi crossroads in the western part of the city.
