Any financial commitments, cash dealings, unauthorized assurances, representations, or guarantees made by employees/associates/affiliates of the Company shall be deemed to have been made in their personal capacity and not on behalf of the Company. Such actions shall be unauthorized, unlawful, invalid, null, and void ab initio, and shall not bind or be enforceable against the Company or its group entities in any manner whatsoever. The Company, its promoters, partners, directors, and officers shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial loss, damage, or liability arising from such unauthorized acts.
It is expressly clarified that no director, employee, associate, representative, or agent of the Company is authorized to make, issue, or extend any commitment, assurance, guarantee, undertaking, or promise of any nature whatsoever to any client, customer, or third party, whether oral or written, and whether communicated through email, telephone, messaging applications, social media, or any other mode of communication.
All parties are hereby cautioned not to rely upon or act on any representations, assurances, or commitments made by any employee, associate, or representative unless expressly confirmed in writing by the authorized signatories of the Company. The recipient of any such unauthorized communication is advised to disregard it entirely and to immediately report the matter to Kunvarji Realty Advisors in writing.
