• Intermediate Negotiation Processes, Consult Buyers on Market Comparison Study & Prices Provide Advisory/Consultation to Customers for Purchasing Property with the Best Deal under the best terms
• Understand Buyers Needs and Propose Solutions that Suit them best
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
• Work closely with internal CRM/Legal/Laisioning team to ensure hassle free sales and service Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity High levels of passion, ownership and integrity towards work/organization
• Managing vendor for marketing and branding and measuring ROI
• Setting up team targets and review and planning to achieve the same
